Sunday Workouts
- The first hour is for warmup, QiGong, and basic exercises.
- The second hour is for more advanced exercises and partner training.
- The third hour is for vigorous partner training, applications and standing meditation.
Please arrive promptly at 9:00a, you can come for as long as you like. Leave when you want.
Tuesday & Thursday Workouts
First half:
- QiGong.
- Stretching & Walking drills.
- Light partner work.
