What is UCB Program Training Like?

  1. Warmup
  2. Brief questions and answers.
  3. First hour is stretching, light exercises and QiGong.
  4. Second hour is light partner training, nei gong, medium intensity exercises, postural training.
  5. Third hour is heavy partner training and more intense work.
  6. Warmdown

Tuesday and Thursdays include form practice.
