The UCB Program is based on traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts. Although instruction has an informal familial feel, expectations are that proper respect be given to all through speech and action. Our kids program is necessarily more raucous then long immersive sessions.
Uniforms are optional, for non-members, but encouraged to increase a sense of community. Our uniform consists of dark exercise pants and a white or black t-shirt. I-Liq Chuan shirts are available. You can see an example on the videos page
